By taking our customers contact info by phone or email we do not put our customers through extended wait times on hold, which allows us to take our time while on the phone with other customers. We reward our customers patience in waiting for a representative to contact them by spending as much time assisting them as they desire.
How Can Shipping Be Free?
We offer free shipping on all items above $500 and select other items, so that our customers can see the total price up-front. This way we can assure our customers that there are no hidden costs so they know the price they will be paying for the high quality items we sell.
If I Buy Multiple Items Totalling More Than $500 is Shipping Free?
Free Shipping is only offered on individual items that are above $500. Our prices on lower priced items are already as competitive as possible. If you would like to discuss a discount for purchasing multiple items please feel free to Contact Us.

How Are Algrove Enterprises's Prices So Low?
As a strictly internet based company we are able to maintain low overhead costs without the normal costs of a brick and mortar furniture store. Also, because we have such a loyal customer base we are able to lower our prices below our competitors in order to offer the best prices.
What does 'Usually Ships In...' mean?
This indicates the time this product will take to leave the warehouse. The time in transit can vary based on where in the country the item(s) are shipping to and therefore we find it to be more worthwhile to indicate the time prior to transit.
When I 'Click to Enlarge' nothing happens?
If you are having trouble where you click to enlarge an image and nothing happens please check that your computer is allowing pop-up windows. When you "Click to Enlarge" it opens a new window so your pop-up blocker software needs to be set to allow pop-ups from our site. (Note: We do not have any advertising pop-ups)
Is there a physical store I can visit in Boston?
Algrove Enterprises is strictly an internet business, our offices are located in Boston and our furniture is stored in warehouses. Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom and we apologize for this inconvenience.
What is Algrove Enterprises's Return Policy?
Returns will be accepted 30 days after the order has been processed. Refunds will be made minus the cost of shipping including transit to the manufacturer. Some manufacturers charge a restocking charge which will also be deducted from the refund.
Does Algrove Enterprises Ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Surcharges will apply to customers in Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for more information on this arrangement.
Does Algrove Enterprises Have Expedited Shipping?
Expedited shipping can be set up for customers on a request basis for an additional charge.
I have a store in Lagos, Nigeria can you ship items to me by mail?
Unfortunately, Algrove Enterprises does not sell any items internationally, we cannot ship items or accept payment by credit card from international stores.
